Affiliation Form
Must be completed and returned with payment in order to affiliate with the BCPA.
Membership Invoice
An invoice which you can offer to your Unions to get the memership money from them.

Example Risk Assessment
An example risk assessment that you will be required to submit when starting a new club.
'How safe is skydiving' article An article modified from the BPA which explains the risk, along with comparisons, of sport skydiving.

Monthly Draw Submission Form

This form must be completed and posted to the league co-ordinator for entries to be accepted.

Achievements Submission Form This form must be submitted along with any evidence for achievements.
