UKSkydiver.co.uk (commonly termed UKS) is a relatively new site, designed, managed and used by skydivers in the United Kingdom.
UKSkydiver.co.uk was born as northernskydiver.co.uk some time ago, aimed at DZs in the north of the UK, but quickly expanded to cater for the whole UK as it was quite clear that there was need to produce a unified site for skydivers at all levels in the sport, specifically in the UK.
UKSkydiver.co.uk has several basic objectives:
- Provide a place for beginners to learn out about our sport as well as support to get involved in parachuting/skydiving training.
- Provide a place for like minded, experienced skydivers to meet, socialise and discuss any aspect of the UK skydiving scene.
- Attempt to unify the UK skydiving scene into one
objectively run website which is operated independently from, but in
unity with, the British Parachute Association (BPA).
UKSkydiver.co.uk is a dynamic site, which is constantly evolving to try to be the best site for its users. As such, if members are looking to have a feature enabled or have ideas or thoughts for the future, then UKSkydiver.co.uk will endeavour to facilitate.
UKskydiver.co.uk is a community driven website where most of the content is sourced from its member and as such we are indebted to those who contribute without any personal gain.
Many thanks for your support
